I am a professional member of the Paul Bradford Sugar School and I am constantly learning new skills as part of this brilliant sugar school. This year a team of 56 'Pro' Members, including myself, put together a Christimas Window table display at Cake International held at the NEC this year.
It was great to be part of such a fantastic team. Although we didn't win (there is just one overall 'school' table winner) our feedback from the judges was excellent.
Amazing co ordination and a beautiful well balanced scene. Excellent presentation and organisation
Took the judges back to childhood memories of a traditional Christmas A vast array of skills and imagination shown
Intricate and detailed work. Provided a well balanced flow from one area to the next
All feedback was based on visual appearance due to the sheer size of the display.
PBSS decorating school should be exceedingly proud of the way they have portrayed themselves and the standards achieved - from beginner to advanced .
This was mentioned by a considerable number of senior judges
Hope to see you again next year.
Well done. ICHF Feedback
The PBSS Christmas Display has been one of the most popular features of the whole show!
Finally Avalon Yarns said it was THE best feature in the whole show!
We will of course be back bigger and better next year!
